Honor Code

Honesty, integrity, and confidentiality are essential to the proper practice and law, and that when our study of the law begins, so does our obligation to the profession. The Code fosters personal and academic honesty, trust between members of the ASLS community, and students’ preparation to live under the legal profession’s rules. It is an Honor Code violation to engage in conduct not specifically prohibited by the Honor Code. If a violation occurs, students are subject to disciplinary action through the Honor Court process.
